Robby came to his first BYH in 2014. Since then, he has led many teams through the Battle and served as a facilitator, speaker and retreat leader. He has a background in marketing as well as extensive experience in vocational ministry investing deeply in discipling families, marriages, and young adults. Robby has a particular passion for missions and missionary care. At Wellspring, he focuses on alumni engagement, resource development, and strengthening pathways that help believers live from a whole heart. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Biblical and Theological Foundations at Asbury Seminar for further equipping.  

Robby says, “For years I lived under a cloud of depression and a false identity. Even while serving in vocational ministry, I didn’t know how to step into the identity of being a son. Wellspring taught me how to open my heart to God and to Christian community in a way that brought healing and restoration. Now it’s an honor to invest in thousands of men and women who are on a similar journey toward wholehearted living.” 

Robby and his wife, Katrina, have been married 16 years. Katrina has been involved with Wellspring Group since 2016. She facilitates at BYH retreats and loves discipling women. They have seven children and love hosting friends. Their household is fun, loud, and full of joy.
