Our retreat pricing reflects the hard-dollar cost of events including lodging, meals, materials and facilitators. In light of this, deposits will be required to hold your space at an event.
In an effort to work and prepare efficiently, we will be enforcing a late registration fee of $100 for any participants registered past our stated deadline.
Dorm room rates (when available) are based on a 3-4 person occupany. Double occupancy may be considered depending on availability and will incur a per person up-charge.
We no longer are able to extend a discounted rate for alumni and assistant facilitators.
We do offer installment options for registration payments.
For cancellations made at least 90 days before a retreat we will issue a refund minus a $50 registration fee or roll over the entire registration fee toward another retreat.
For cancellation made one to three months (31 to 89 days) prior to a retreat, we will issue a refund minus a $50 registration fee and any non-refundable charges incurred with the retreat centre or roll over the entire fee minus any non-refundable charges incurred with the retreat centre.
For cancellations made 30 days or less from the retreat we are unable to issue a refund or roll over any portion of your fee.
