Note on partial teams: if you attend a retreat with less than a full team (4) WG reserves the right to add an additional ppt to your group. If you prefer not to have an outside person added to your group you have the option of covering the hard dollar cost associated with the empty slot ($225, which covers the fourth person's portion of the team facilitator's room and board) and keeping the team limited to your group.
