As a financial consultant and then church pastor, Larry Bolden experienced the fulfillment of two rewarding careers. But it came at a cost. In his drive for success Larry found that the relationships with those he loved and led had suffered. God guided Larry out of the pastoral ministry and into a focused period of brokenness, soul-searching, and restoration. During this time, Larry began to experience God’s love more deeply, identifying and dealing with the root issues that had strained his relationships.

Larry came out of this time with remarkable insights and a vision for inspiring and equipping others to grow stronger, deeper relationships. Because of this vision, he founded Wellspring Group in 2003. Since then, Larry has been on an incredibly challenging and satisfying journey, helping bring significant, sustained change into the lives of men, women, and churches.
